Mashed Potatoes with a difference
- 1. 5 Medium Potatoes
- 2. One Onion Very finally Choped
- 3. Pinch of salt
- 4. 2 Eggs
- 5. Tablespoon of Butter --> not Margarine
- 6. 1/4 cup milk
- You can either peel or leave skins on potatoes cut them in quarters, boil adding the salt till cooked or for a little better flavour steam them if steaming them add salt when mashing potatoes.
- When cooked mash well and add butter and eggs mash until eggs blended in, add milk till potatoes at required musheness.
