Ingredients

  • Popcorn
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tab. Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Liquid Glucose
  • 1 1/2 Tab. Butter

Directions

  1. Pop popcorn to directions on packet.
  2. Combine all other ingredients into saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved and bring to boil. Boil to soft crack stage (After 5 mins, get a teaspoon of boiling mixture & pour into glass of water - A soft firm form should delevop, otherwise boil for a bit longer and repeat test)
  3. Pour over slightly salted popcorn.
  4. (To the syrup mixture, may add food colouring)
