Jazzie Popcorn

Ingredients
- Popcorn
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tab. Oil
- 1/2 Cup Liquid Glucose
- 1 1/2 Tab. Butter
Directions
- Pop popcorn to directions on packet.
- Combine all other ingredients into saucepan, stir until sugar is dissolved and bring to boil. Boil to soft crack stage (After 5 mins, get a teaspoon of boiling mixture & pour into glass of water - A soft firm form should delevop, otherwise boil for a bit longer and repeat test)
- Pour over slightly salted popcorn.
- (To the syrup mixture, may add food colouring)
